Life rarely goes exactly according to our plans. It can feel like life is taking you on a wild ride, and you are stuck in the passenger seat. Unexpected changes or challenges can bring on anxiety, depression, and uncertainty about the path ahead. You may experience doubt, insecurity, confusion, loss, and pain, all while trying to manage past hurts and desires for your future. Words like "stay positive" and "be grateful" may leave you feeling unheard or invalidated. Scrolling social media may lead to feeling unworthy or empty.


My role as a therapist is to walk beside you in navigating the twists and turns of life, providing support in learning acceptance of your emotions and tools to manage them in a healthy way. I want you to feel like you are in the driver's seat in your life - and you are excited about where you are going.

Where do I start?

Seeking support is the first step in seeing changes in your life.

Starting therapy can be a little scary. It is hard to know what to expect, and sharing your life with a stranger can sometimes feel uncomfortable. Discomfort and anxiety are normal and welcome in therapy and often decrease over time as you and your therapist get to know each other.

It's important to feel like your therapist is a good fit for you. If you feel like we may be a good fit to work together, I would love to hear from you! I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to discuss your expectations for therapy, my approach, and answer any questions you may have before deciding if you would like to schedule a session.
